H\u00f8sten 2011 hadde et norsk firma 1 600 fans p\u00e5 Facebook. Det var lite eller ingen aktivitet p\u00e5 Facebook-sidene. Mindre enn et \u00e5r senere har firmaet over 100 000 fans og en aktiv tilhengerskare. Hva skjedde? Hva kan vi l\u00e6re?<\/p>\n

I dette blogginnlegget skal jeg beskrive en Facebook-strategi som, p\u00e5 under ett \u00e5r, ledet til 100 000 fans og betydlig \u00f8kning internettomsetning \u00a0pga. av Facebook-aktiviteter. \u00a0Strategi er enkelt. Gjennomf\u00f8ring er vanskelig<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ekspertene<\/a>\u00a0vil hevde at du f\u00f8rst m\u00e5 lage en overordnet plan, definere hva du \u00f8nsker \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 og ha et apparat som kan h\u00e5ndtere kunder p\u00e5 Facebook f\u00f8r du setter igang. Jeg er usikker p\u00e5 om det er en effektiv fremgangsm\u00e5te fordi forutsetningene endrer seg underveis!<\/p>\n

For \u00e5 lykkes p\u00e5 Facebook m\u00e5 du jobbe med 2 ting;\u00a0Skaffe flere fans<\/strong>(1) og\u00a0engasjere eksisterende fans<\/strong>(2). I tillegg er det smart\u00a0\u00e5 m\u00e5le effekten<\/strong>\u00a0– trafikk, engasjement og kroner! Her er historien.<\/p>\n

Hvordan f\u00e5 flere fans p\u00e5 Facebook?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I september 2011 hadde et gj.sn. stort norsk selskap ca. 1 600 fans p\u00e5 Facebook. Det var lite eller ingen aktivitet p\u00e5 Facebook-sidene og selskapet hadde ingen klar Facebook strategi. Ledelsen f\u00f8lte at Facebook kunne bli viktig i fremtiden. For \u00e5 \u00f8ke fan-basen benyttet selskapet en variant av \u00a0den perfekte internettstrategi<\/a>. I korthet betyr det: «Velg en retning – implementer som et helvete!<\/strong>«. Retningen(strategien) var \u00e5 finne ut hvordan Facebook kunne hjelpe dem \u00e5 engasjere folk(og \u00f8ke salget).<\/p>\n

Her er en sjekkliste over hva som ble gjort:<\/p>\n

1. Sett i gang<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reserver en\u00a0enkel adresse<\/a>\u00a0for ditt firma<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Introduser\u00a0Facebook-plugins<\/a>\u00a0p\u00e5 nettsiden din<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sett igang med\u00a0sponsored stories<\/a><\/p>\n

N\u00e5r du setter igang, skaper du aktivitet. Aktivitet f\u00e5r folk til \u00e5 tenke, samtidig som det engasjerer andre til \u00e5 handle! Du er i gang uten planlegging og uten forankring. Kj\u00f8r p\u00e5!<\/p>\n

2. Gj\u00f8r research<\/strong><\/p>\n

Du trenger ikke finne opp hjulet p\u00e5 nytt. Se p\u00e5 hva andre bedrifter gj\u00f8r og emuler dem inntil du kommer p\u00e5 en unik id\u00e9. Ikke begrense deg til konkurrenter eller norske selskaper. Les\u00a0rapporter<\/a>\u00a0ogblogginnlegg om suksess p\u00e5 Facebook<\/a>. Ta l\u00e6rdom de beste\u00a0selskapene i andre land<\/a>:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hvem er best? Lag en liste over 5 bedrifter som gj\u00f8r det bra p\u00e5 Facebook.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hva gj\u00f8r de p\u00e5 Facebook? Hva gj\u00f8r de p\u00e5 nettsidene?<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hva spesifikt publiserer de p\u00e5 siden Facebook-sider?<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Hvem skiller seg ut?<\/p>\n

3. Velg en retning – implementer som et helvete<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00e5r du har kommet i gang samt l\u00e6rt litt hva de beste gj\u00f8r, er du klar til \u00e5 kj\u00f8re p\u00e5 for fullt! H\u00f8y aktivitet er viktig. Test ut og just\u00e9r underveis. Husk at\u00a0ideer er verdil\u00f8se uten handling<\/a>!<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tenk konkurranser
\n<\/strong>Konkurranser er en effektiv m\u00e5te \u00e5 skape engasjement. I september testet det norske selskapet enkle konkurranser ved hjelp av\u00a0
Wildfireapp<\/a>. Det fungerte d\u00e5rlig, men \u00a0i oktober lanserte selskapet en enkel quiz-app ved hjelp av Offerpop. Antall fans \u00f8kte til ca. 5000.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tenk nytt og enkelt
\n<\/strong>I november lanserte selskapet en\u00a0
julegaveapp<\/a>\u00a0som gj\u00f8r det enklere for folk \u00e5 handle julegaver til sine Facebook-venner. Tjenesten utnyttet sosiale mekanismer, men ble ikke en kommersiell suksess selv om tjenesten ble lansert noen uker f\u00f8rWalmart lanserte et lignende konsept<\/a>. Den som intet v\u00e5ger – intet vinner. Ved \u00e5 teste ut konseptet l\u00e6rte selskapet mye om Facebook!<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tenk julekalender
\n<\/strong>Selv om «alle» tenker p\u00e5 julekalendre i november\/desember, er det verdt \u00e5 vurdere. Julekalenderbegrepet er velkjent og folk elsker \u00e5 delta – spesielt n\u00e5r det er daglige premier og en stor hovedpremie!

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tenk gode tilbud
\n<\/strong>Groupon har gjort stor suksess med daglige tilbud. N\u00e5r du plutselig har 100 000 fans, s\u00e5 ser man plutselig muligheter. Man kan f.eks. etterligne Groupon – men mot egne kunder! Du trenger ikke betale penger til en annen akt\u00f8r. Du kj\u00f8rer rett og slett ekstremt gode tilbud mot egne fans(og deres venner!). Etterhvert forst\u00e5r man at man m\u00e5 behandle Facebook-postinger p\u00e5 lignende m\u00e5te som man behandler e-postkampanjer!<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tenk sunn fornuft<\/strong>
\nFacebook-grunder sa en gang «folk gj\u00f8r allerede det de vil gj\u00f8re. Du m\u00e5 gj\u00f8re det enklere for eksisterende sosiale nettverk \u00e5 «
connecte<\/a>«. Din bedrifts eksisterende sosiale nettverk best\u00e5r av ansatte, kunder, partnere og leverand\u00f8rer. Hvordan kan du bruke sosiale medier og gj\u00f8re det enklere for dem \u00e5 «connecte»?<\/p>\n

4. M\u00e5l effekt og del erfaringer<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c5 m\u00e5le effekt er en viktig del av markedsf\u00f8ring. Tanken er \u00e5 jobbe mer med aktiviteter som gir resultater og mindre med aktiviteter som gir mindre effekt. Facebook tilbyr bedriftskunder Facebook insights. Der kan man se utviklingen i antall fans, informasjon om egne fans og statistikk over ulike facebook-postinger. I tillegg finnes det andre analyseverkt\u00f8y som ogs\u00e5 fungerer bra: Allfacebookstats, Socialbakers og Google Analytics<\/p>\n

Veien videre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facebook er fortsatt relativt nytt og det finnes ingen eksperter p\u00e5 Facebook-markedsf\u00f8ring. Alle bedrifter har mulighet til \u00e5 skaffe seg en konkurransefordel. Facebook er ikke vanskelig og det trenger ikke koste skjorta. Det handler om \u00e5 v\u00e6re der kundene dine er. Det handler om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det enklere for kunder, partnere, ansatte og leverand\u00f8rer \u00e5 «connecte».<\/p>\n

Historien om det norske selskapet som fikk 100 000 fans p\u00e5 under ett \u00e5r viser at det ikke alltid er n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 lage en omfattende plan f\u00f8r man setter igang.<\/p>\n
